Sean has spent the last 10 years leading and growing fitness teams for numerous companies as a Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer. Sean has developed a deep understanding of what drives client success and the steps needed to obtain sustainable results. He has worked with clients from 10-90 years old, from elite special forces soldiers & college athletes to clients with full hip and knee replacements. Utilizing resistance training, nutrition coaching & blood testing, he integrates all aspects of health and fitness to drive client success and satisfaction.

Cory is the co-founder of Levo Labs, a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Training for over 14 years, he has helped a wide variety of clients of all ages including athletes from semi-professional, collegiate athletes and more. In addition to enhancing sport performance, Cory also specializes in human movement and helping clients with movement dysfunctions such as spinal injuries, joint injuries and muscular diseases.

Dr. Al is a board-certified chiropractic physician and lifelong resident of Massachusetts. He has spent the last 10 years operating multiple clinics throughout the Commonwealth and specializes in the treatment of sports-related injuries. With an extensive knowledge of how the nervous system coordinates all human function, Dr. Al utilizes a functional approach as to how the spine, extremities and muscles are all truly integrated when an injury occurs. Patients seek Dr. Al as his therapeutic approach has helped many people overcome years of debilitating pain, avoid unnecessary surgeries and enhance their overall quality of living by getting them back to doing the things that they love. Dr. Al’s goal is to help you recover quickly, safely and optimize your body enabling you to maintain a happier and healthier life for years to come.

Eric has a strong foundation built on the progression of corrective exercises into higher level free weight movements. He has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, including but not limited to individuals with health conditions such as fibromyalgia, individuals with chronic joint pain, and athletes focused on strength training. Eric specializes in clients with knee, hip, and shoulder dysfunction. He is very familiar with the manipulation of training variables, such as intensity and volume, in order to maximize both physique development and strength. He focuses on bridging the gap between physical therapy rehabilitative exercises and higher levels of fitness and physique improvement.

Joe has been training for 10 years where he was the top CPT at his previous company prior to joining LEVO. Growing up, he was a multi-sport athlete and went on to pursue his passion for fitness by graduating from Lasell University with a B.S. in Sports Management with an Exercise Science focus. He also holds a Minor in Coaching and Business. In addition, Joe holds Specialty Certifications in the following: Nutrition, Functional Training, Sports Performance and Orthopedic Exercise.

Kenny is a personal trainer, strength coach, and nutrition coach. In his 7+ years of experience, he has worked with clients ranging from athletes & former athletes, to children & grandparents. His approach to health and fitness is holistic; taking into account his clients’ needs, wants, desires, and preferences. Whatever the goal may be, from pain-free activities of daily living, to increasing sports performance and injury prevention, Kenny’s intuitive and collaborative approach is centered around achieving optimal results in the shortest amount of time.

Kelsi began her journey towards a health and fitness career as a USAG and Collegiate gymnast, a gymnastics coach for 7 years, and studying Sports Biology at Springfield College. From that experience she likes to approach fitness with strengthening the mindset and confidence of the client along with a workout program tailored to specific goals. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Kelsi has worked with a wide variety of clientele over the years from young athletes, semi-professional athletes, and individuals looking to live a pain-free, healthy, and strong life at any age.

Kevin has worked as a trainer since 2014 focusing on helping clients lose weight, gain strength, avoid injury and build sustainable habits. He believes in finding the right exercises for every person and progressing them accordingly with the individual's goals. Kevin has also spent extensive time working with clients who have experienced knee and back pain, as well as clients who are dealing with arthritis. Lastly Kevin believes consistent workout routines can do a tremendous amount for a person's self confidence and stress levels, so finding the right routine for every unique person is crucial.

Alex is a Personal Trainer, Functional Strength Coach and a USA Weightlifting Coach. Alex has worked with hundreds of clients over the past 8 years both virtually and in person. He works as a 1:1 Personal Trainer and as group Personal Trainer training both small and large groups. Alex has worked with all kinds of clients from student athletes, both high school and college age, to clients in their 80’s with injuries and limitations. Alex’s dedication to his clients and his role as a trainer lead to total mind and body wellness. Alex integrates the fun and competitive nature of sports into his training style motivating his clients to be better than they were yesterday.

Jillian has a B.S. in Nutrition from Simmons College. Her 5+ years of experience have allowed her to work with clients ranging from ages 13 to 75; from VPs in finance to marketing gurus and hair stylists. She believes that wellness isn’t a one size fits all and tailors each client’s experience to fit their lifestyle.⁠
